While we handle platform-level security, these simple steps dramatically reduce the risk of account compromise:

  • Enable 2FA immediately after registration — it takes 60 seconds.
  • Use a unique, strong password not used anywhere else.
  • Only trust emails from @fluxescrow.com — always check the sender.
  • Never share your password or OTP with anyone, including support staff.
  • Verify the other party's identity before creating a transaction.
  • Log out after using Flux Escrow on shared or public devices.
  • Avoid using public Wi-Fi when accessing your wallet or account.
